MONOFLORAL ULMO HONEY FROM THE PATAGONIA WILDERNESS

If you have been looking for a healthy variety of honey that also tastes good, look no further! We bring to you a rare honey variety from Patagonia, that boasts even stronger antimicrobial properties than Manuka Honey (based upon peer-reviewed scientific publications), but unlike Manuka Honey, Ulmo Honey smells and tastes amazing. When Ulmo trees bloom in the Patagonian spring, the large blossoms turn the normally dark green hillsides to a snowy white. The honey is amber in color with a medium-bodied flavor profile and a strong floral scent.

Although this honey is not USDA Certified Organic, we assure you that it meets all organic standards. We personally traveled to Patagonia and hand selected beekeepers that collect honey from pristine regions while also only using hive treatments that are acceptable for organic beekeeping. In fact, not only were we careful in selecting our suppliers, we also tested the honey, and it came back 100% free of any chemical residues…just like all the honey we sell under our Organic Certification.
